APC Swears In New Executives in Yola North Ahead of 2027 Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yola North Local Government Area has officially sworn in its party executives who will steer the affairs of the party for the next four years, from the ward level up to the local government level.


The swearing-in ceremony took place at City Green Hotel in Jimeta, Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.


In his welcome address, the APC Chairman of Yola North, Alhaji Abdullahi Wali, expressed appreciation to attendees for honoring the event and commended the smooth and peaceful conduct of the program.


He assured party members and the general public that the APC would do everything within its capacity to secure victory in the 2027 general elections, expressing confidence that the party would win across all levels by the grace of God.


Alhaji Abdullahi Wali also called on the newly sworn-in executives, from ward to local government level, to remain committed and dedicated to their responsibilities in order to advance the party’s growth and success. He stressed the need for unity, cooperation, and mutual understanding among members.


In his remarks, the member representing Yola North in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Suleiman Umar Alkali, expressed satisfaction with the successful conduct of the event and urged the new officials to work diligently for the progress of the party.


He emphasized the importance of unity and grassroots development in strengthening the party’s structure from the local level to the national stage.


Suleiman Umar Alkali also declared his intention to seek re-election to represent Yola North in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, stating that the decision followed consultations with key stakeholders and appeals from constituents.


Also speaking, Ibrahim Yayaji Mijinyawa urged the executives to work in unity and with mutual respect, noting that such cooperation would enhance party cohesion and ensure success.


Similarly, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Ibrahim Momoh, appreciated party members and leaders for their support and cooperation, which contributed to the success of the event.


Among those sworn in at the local government level were Alhaji Abdullahi Wali as Chairman and Hajiya Yalwa Tata as Women Leader, alongside other party executives.


 The oath of office was administered by Barrister Hassan Isa Ibrahim.
