E.S tasks principals to remain steadfast in their duty to enhance the education system in Adamawa
As part of an effort to boost Education in Adamawa State, Principals have been urged to remain committed to their duties to enhance the Education system across the State.
The Acting Executive Secretary of the Post-primary Schools Management Board in Adamawa State, Mr Birsan Penuel, made this known in an interview with a journalist shortly after meeting with coordinating and zonal directors principals at the Board in Yola.
He explained that the essence of the meeting with the Coordinators, Zonal Directors, and principals was to come together to discuss the challenges in their schools and find solutions.
Mr Birsan Penuel advised all principals in Adamawa State to stay committed to their duty and avoid anything that creates problems across their schools.
Mr Birsan explained that the Board is ready to give quality Education to the students for the development of Education in the state.
He commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his effort and commitment to providing learning Materials and Free Education across Adamawa State.
Mr Penuel, while fielding questions from the journalists on the position of the state who became second at NECO last year in Nigeria, said, "Adamawa is looking for the first position this year because the state government, under the leadership of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is ready to sponsor every program that we have; that is why we distributed all learning Materials to our teachers, which enables them to teach students better."
He also called on the entire people of Adamawa to continue praying and supporting the governor in seeking Allah to help him continue with the developmental projects in the state.
Mr Emanuel Koji, the Principal of GSS Song in the Local Government Area of the State, said they were on Board to discuss how to move the Education system in Adamawa.
He thanked and commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his commitment to Education, and Security, among other sectors across the state.
Another coordinator principal of Ganye local government, Abubakar Hamman Tukur Tola, the principal of GSS Sugu Ganye local government, said they, in the post-primary management Board, appreciate Governor Ahmadu Fintiri over his effort to support the Education Sector in Adamawa state.
He stressed that they do a lot of things which help to tackle any challenges that face the Education system in the state.
