AIG Osagie John Agans-Irabor is an indigene of Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of Benin.  He was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force on 18th July, 1992 as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) and received his initial police training at the Nigeria Police Academy Annex, Kaduna State.
