Adamawa Emirate Council has Appointed Alhaji Baba Sahabo as Acting Village head of Namtari Gurel in Namtari District.





The Appointment Followed the suspension of the Village head of Namtari Gurel, Mallam Kabiru Bobboi.





This was contained in a letter signed by secretary Adamawa Emirate Council Alhaji Umar Yahaya which confirmed that the Appointment is Effective from 29-7-2025 Until the Emirate Council take next decision.




The Emirate Council also Advised Alhaji Baba Sahabo  to serve with Trust, Unity, Peace, and fair Allah for the development of Namtari Gurel and the Entire Namtari District and the state at large.

Born on January 1, 1941 (21 Zul Hajj 1358), Bobboi Muhammad Ahmad lived a life marked by dedication to his faith and family. He is survived by a large and loving family, including 13 sons, 6 daughters, and 77 grandchildren. Known for his strong family ties and leadership within his community, his legacy is further carried on by his only surviving sister. In reflecting on his life, the family recalled his fondness for caring for pigeons, with 7 still in his care at the time of his passing.
