FOMWAN Distributed Food Items to Orphans in Adamawa.

 



Muslim Ummah in Adamawa state have been advised to Assist orphans at all times so as to live a  peaceful and happiest life in the society.


This advised was given by Amiral, Federation of  Muslim women of Nigeria( FOMWAN) Adamawa state Chapter, Hajiya Khadija Buba while speaking during distribution of food Items and Cloth materials to the orphans  in Yola.




Hajiya Khadija Buba said,  assisting Orphans in the communities is very important because ,he who assist orphans especially during the month of Ramadan will get reward from Allah.


She called on  individuals and stakeholders to do everything possible to help Orphans to better their lives particularly as the nation is  passing through hardship.




In her remark ,Hajiya Hauwa Garba, Director Islamic affairs of FOMWAN Adamawa state Chapter equally called on the Muslim Ummah to assist Orphans so as to aquire western and Islamic  Education.


She advised the  beneficiaries to use the items  for  the purpose intended  in this Holy month of Ramadan.





Some of the orphans expressed their gratitude for the gesture and promised  to pray for the betterment of FOMWAN and the state at large.


The food items distributed to orphans include 15 cattons of supergetti, 25 bags of rice ,cloth materials and cash donation

Police in Adamawa Arrestet 31 year for serial theft.

Adamawa State Police Command attached to Department of State Intelligent while on surveillance Patrol Arrested a 31years Abubakar Tasiu Tanimu Old around Jambutu Motor Park Jimeta, with the following items, which Including thirteen ATM Cards of difference Banks, One National I d card and waller containing Documents and the Itel P551w handset. Adamawa State police relation officer stated this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola. The Suspect is a resident of Tsohon Kasuwa, Mayo Belwa Local Govt area Investigation so far reveal that the suspect stole the items from Tsohon Kasuwa Mayo Belwa Local Government Area and was about to Sell it out to Shopping Complex before he was arrested. Suspect will be Charge to Court upon Completion of investigation.

Jambutu got new Chairman of PCRC.

Stakeholders in Jambutu ward in Yola North Local government of Adamawa state have been urged to unite and work together for peace and development of the ward and the State. This call was made by the New Chairman of Police Community Relation Committee PCRC Jamubtu ward, Adamu Jingi shortly after he was appointed. Adamu Jingi called for synergy between all stakeholders and to support security agencies for the development of the ward and the entire State. Adamu also advised politician to engage the youth through skills acquisition training which will help them to become self reliance. While calling on the youth to be productive always, the newly appointed chairman also called on them to always seek jobs as their dignity in the society depended on how they contribute to the growth and development of the communities they came from.
