Adamawa State House of Assembly Confirmed the Name of HammJumba Gatugel as a Commissioner.

 



Adamawa state House of Assembly has screened and confirmed the appointment of Hamman Jubba Gatugel as comissioner and member of the Adamawa State executive council


The confirmation of the nominee was followed by  the approval of the House committee of the whole presided over by the speaker Bathia Wesley during Monday plenary.


The comissioner Hamman Jubba who hails from Mayo Belwa Local Government area of Adamawa state, is also the chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employers NULGE, Adamawa state and was appointed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to be a member of his executive council.


After the confirmation, the speaker of the House, directed the clerk to communicate the resolution of the House to the Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.


In an interview with journalists shortly after his screening and confirmation as comissioner Hamman Jubba Gatugel, thanked Governor Ahmadu Fintiri for finding him worthy to serve under his government noting that he will justify the confidence reposed in him by the governor.

Born on January 1, 1941 (21 Zul Hajj 1358), Bobboi Muhammad Ahmad lived a life marked by dedication to his faith and family. He is survived by a large and loving family, including 13 sons, 6 daughters, and 77 grandchildren. Known for his strong family ties and leadership within his community, his legacy is further carried on by his only surviving sister.
