CP ADAMAWA HONOURED WITH AN AWARD OF EXCELLENCE BY AREWA CONSULTATIVE FORUM.






The Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, CP Dankombo Morris received an award of excellent, presented to him in his office at police Headquarters,by the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) in recognition of his exemplary leadership in administering security justice and developing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the State. 




This esteemed recognition was presented by the National Chairman ACF Security Committee CMRD Muhammed N.S Tali at the State Headquarters in Yola today 4th November, 2024.




Police Public Relation Officer Adamawa state Command SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje discloused this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola.



 ACF, a quasi-political and socio-cultural organization promoting the interests of 19 Northern States and Abuja, acknowledges the Commissioner's tireless efforts in maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and fostering community engagement. His innovative approaches to conflict resolution have significantly contributed to the region's stability and development.




This award serves as a testament to the Commissioner's dedication to serving the people of Adamawa State and Nigeria at large. 





The CP while appreciating the Forum for the Recognition emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts between, law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and stakeholders in achieving a more secure and just society.

Police in Adamawa Arrestet 31 year for serial theft.

Adamawa State Police Command attached to Department of State Intelligent while on surveillance Patrol Arrested a 31years Abubakar Tasiu Tanimu Old around Jambutu Motor Park Jimeta, with the following items, which Including thirteen ATM Cards of difference Banks, One National I d card and waller containing Documents and the Itel P551w handset. Adamawa State police relation officer stated this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola. The Suspect is a resident of Tsohon Kasuwa, Mayo Belwa Local Govt area Investigation so far reveal that the suspect stole the items from Tsohon Kasuwa Mayo Belwa Local Government Area and was about to Sell it out to Shopping Complex before he was arrested. Suspect will be Charge to Court upon Completion of investigation.

Jambutu got new Chairman of PCRC.

Stakeholders in Jambutu ward in Yola North Local government of Adamawa state have been urged to unite and work together for peace and development of the ward and the State. This call was made by the New Chairman of Police Community Relation Committee PCRC Jamubtu ward, Adamu Jingi shortly after he was appointed. Adamu Jingi called for synergy between all stakeholders and to support security agencies for the development of the ward and the entire State. Adamu also advised politician to engage the youth through skills acquisition training which will help them to become self reliance. While calling on the youth to be productive always, the newly appointed chairman also called on them to always seek jobs as their dignity in the society depended on how they contribute to the growth and development of the communities they came from.
