NSCDC Adamawa state Command Organize training workshop to it's Personal across Adamawa state
In a bid to enhance security across the Adamawa state, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, Adamawa State Command has organized a workshop for its personnel in the state.
Public Relations Officer of the command, DSC Amidu Nyako Baba disclosed this while speaking with Newsmen in Yola, Adamawa state Capital.
Baba explained that the essence of organizing the workshop was to equip them with new techniques to address the challenges of insecurity across the state.
"That is why the commandant General of the NSCDC, Abubakar Ahmed Audi, directed all commands across the country to take steps to maintain and enhance security in Nigeria". Baba revealed.
DSC Nyako Baba said the Adamawa State Command, under the leadership of Idris Bande, invited its personnel from the twenty-one local government areas in the state to attend the workshop for the development of security in the state.
DSC Amidu advised the personnel to use the knowledge acquired during the workshop to protect the lives and properties of the citizens, as well as ensure peace and unity among the communities.
He equally called on the good people of the state to support the command with useful information to tackle insecurity among the communities.
Finally, he assured the Adamawa State Government and the people of the state of the command's readiness to take any measure that would maintain peaceful co-existence in the state.
