POLICE ARREST THREE 3 FOR VANDALIZING AND STEALING ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER CABLES IN GIREI LOCAL GOVERNMENt.






 Adamawa state police command has on the 6/2/2025 acted upon credible information received from a reliable source and apprehended three suspects for allegedly vandalizing and stealing electrical transformer cables situated at wuro dole that connects part of Girei and Wuro dole areas.




Police Public Relation Officer Adamawa state Command SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje discloused this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola.




The suspects..Rabiu Ali, 28years, Muhammad Musa 42years, Abubakar Usman 18 years,  all males of various addresses conspired with three others now at large and vandalized the electric transformer and removed armored cables with the intention of causing wrongful gain to themselves.




The commissioner of Police CP Dankombo Morris, while commending DPO Girei and his men for effective policing services, directed Deputy commissioner of Police in charge of CID to take over the case for discreet investigation and go after the fleeing suspects.



The police Boss urges members of the public to caution and report anyone seen around electrical transformer for immediate action. Those arrested would be charged to court upon completion of investigation
