Adamawa State Police Command Commences Capacity Building training to it's Personals.
In line with the vision of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, towards building a renewed, professional, and reoriented police workforce, the Adamawa State Police Command has commenced an In-House Refresher Training for its personnel.
The training program, which began today, 22nd April 2025, is designed to enhance the capacity, discipline, and service delivery of officers in the Command. It was formally declared open by the Commissioner of Police, *CP Dankombo Morris, PSC (+)*, at the Police Officers Mess, Karewa, Yola
The program will continue on subsequent dates with carefully structured sessions tailored to address various aspects of modern policing including, values and ethics of police, Civility to the members of the public and Ability to remain calm in the face of provocation in line with the IGP’s vision of repositioning the Nigeria Police Force for better service delivery.
The Command remains committed to the continuous development of its personnel and the delivery of effective policing services in line with global best practices.
