Muslims Ummah have been call to always using Islamic Calender.

Muslim Ummah have been advised to always consider using the Islamic Calendar and use it always for the development and propagation of Islam.

Chairman ,Muslim Council Mubi North Adamawa state Ibrahim Danmama Umar, gave the advice while speaking with An Nur Hausa Blog in Yola, Adamawa state Capital.

Danmama Umar identified considering the Islamic Calendar among Muslims as important, noting that its use in activities like weeding, events, ceremony, and others will serve as important reminders of its months to the believers.

Umar, called on Islamic teaching and their likes to schools to do within their capability to incalcate habit of memorizing the Islamic months as this this will help the students develop good sense of its uses in their lives.

Ibrahim used the opportunity to advise Islamic scholars and Preachers to include in their messages and lectures topics that highlight the importance of Islamic calendar among the Muslims.

He Commended the Adamawa state Muslim Council under the leadership of Alhaji Gambo Jika for his efforts in launching the Islamic Calendar every year, calling on the entire 21 local government Muslim council branches to do the same .
