CULPABLE HOMICIDE:- 29YEAR OLD MAN ARRESTED FOR KILLING 5-YEAR-OLD BOY

Adamawa State Police Command received a report from Hadiza Bashiru of Tingno, Lamurde LGA, that her 5-year-old son, Abba Bashiru, was missing and was last seen with one Isiaka Hassan.




Police Public Relation Officer Adamawa state Command SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje discloused this in a statemwnt made available to Newsmen in Yola.



On the strength of that, the command's operatives led by the Divisional Police Officer, Tingno, swiftly led an operation and arrested the said Isiaka Hassan, who during interrogation confessed to having conspired with one yet to be arrested to kill the boy and bury him in a shallow grave. The corpse was exhumed and taken to Hospital for autopsy.


The Commissioner of Police, *CP Dankombo Morris Psc(+)*, has directed the State CID to take over the case and ensure the arrest of the fleeing suspect.


The Command reassures members of the public of its commitment to ensure justice is served and calls for continued cooperation in the fight against violent crime across the State.
