PPSMB Reaffirms Commitment to Quality Education in Adamawa

The Post-Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB) of Adamawa State has reiterated its commitment to upgrading post-primary schools across the state to ensure that every child has access to quality education.


Acting Executive Secretary of the Board, Mr. Birsan Penuel, gave the assurance during an interview with journalists in Yola, the state capital.


Mr. Penuel said the Board, with the continued support of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is working tirelessly to enhance teaching and learning in all secondary schools. He noted that providing sound education is essential to fostering development and sustaining peace in the state and the country at large.


He commended Governor Fintiri for his consistent support to the education sector and for prioritizing initiatives that strengthen learning outcomes.


The Acting Executive Secretary also appealed to parents, particularly those in rural communities, to ensure their children are enrolled in school. He noted that active parental participation is crucial in reducing the number of out-of-school children and accelerating development.


According to him, the Fintiri-led administration remains committed to ensuring that all school-age children in Adamawa have access to education.
