NSCDC Deployed over 1100 personal across Adamawa state to monitor Sallah Celebration in Adamawa.

As preparations are underway for the celebration of the Eid al-Fitr festival across Adamawa State, the Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has pledged to ensure the safety and security of lives and property.



The Corps, through its spokesperson, DSC Amidu Nyako Baba, stated that all necessary measures have been put in place to provide protection for worshippers at all Eid prayer grounds across the state.



DSC Amidu Nyako Baba made this known while speaking to journalists in his office at the Federal Secretariat in Yola.



He further confirmed that the Corps has deployed over 1,100 personnel to various parts of the state to monitor neighborhoods and other areas, as part of efforts to ensure that no security breaches occur before, during, or after the Sallah celebrations.



He also noted that the Corps, under the leadership of the Adamawa State Commandant, Idris Bande, is fully committed to maintaining security at all Eid prayer grounds and recreational centers across the state.



Therefore, the Corps is calling on members of the public to support security agencies by providing useful information that can help in maintaining peace and stability.



 the Corps congratulated the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr and prayed for a peaceful celebration, wishing that everyone would witness many more in good health.
