Adamawa state police command seek collaboration to tackle insecurity in the state.

The Adamawa state police command has called on its officers in the command to uphold the highest standard of discipline and professionalism, while also appealing the entire critical stakeholders and the general public for continued support and cooperation in ensuring safety and security of lives and properties across the state.



The Adamawa state commissioner of police CP Kabir Umar Hassan made this call during his inaugural address as the new commissioner of police on the state.




The commissioner tasked the police in the command to be discipline, maintain the highest standard of professionalism in it's efforts to ensure safety and security across the state.



He further re-formed the command commitments to tackling crimes, maintain law and order, and safeguarding lives and properties in the state.



CP Kabir also said, the command would not tolerate any form of misconduct or abuse office, and any officer found culpable would face disciplinary action in accordance with the law.



He urged the general public, most especially the media to collaborate with the police by given all the privilege information in order to tackle insecurity in the state.



The CP assured the people of the state a re-newed focus on intelligence driven policing and proactive measures, aimed at preventing crime and enhancing public trust in the Nigeria police.
