Adamawa state police command Arrested Three Suspected Shila boys

The Adamawa State Police Command has continued to record significant successes in its sustained fight against Shilla gangsterism and other violent crimes across the state, with the arrest of three more suspects involved in criminal conspiracy, possession of dangerous weapons, and banned substances.
Police Public Relation Officer ADAMAWA state Command SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje discloused this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola.
Acting on credible intelligence, operatives attached to D15 ofvthe state criminal investigation department, carried out a targeted operation that led to the arrest of the following suspects:
1. Abdulmalik Mohammad, 22 years 2. Abba Mustapha, 21 years 3. Ibrahim Yusuf, 22 years. All residents of Various Addresses within Shagari, Yolde Pate, and Doubeli.
During the operation, the command operatives recovered dangerous weapons and suspected banned substances from the suspects. Preliminary investigation indicates that the suspects are linked to criminal activities associated with Shilla gangsterism, which has been a source of concern to residents in the affected communities.
The Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, 𝐂𝐏 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐫 𝐔𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐅𝐝𝐜, commended the operatives and reaffirmed the Command's commitment to intensifying operations against criminal gangs and other threats to public safety.
The Command calls on members of the public to continue supporting the police with useful and timely information that will aid the ongoing effort to rid the state of criminal elements.
While Investigation is ongoing, the suspects will be charged to court upon conclusion of the investigation.
