CP ADAMAWA HONOURED WITH AN AWARD OF EXCELLENCE BY AREWA CONSULTATIVE FORUM.

The Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, CP Dankombo Morris received an award of excellent, presented to him in his office at police Headquarters,by the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) in recognition of his exemplary leadership in administering security justice and developing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the State.  This esteemed recognition was presented by the National Chairman ACF Security Committee CMRD Muhammed N.S Tali at the State Headquarters in Yola today 4th November, 2024. Adamawa state police commissioner decorates Newly promoted of traffic wardens in the state.

The Commissioner of Police Adamawa, CP Dankombo Morris,  , decorated newly promoted Traffic Wardens who have advanced from the rank of Traffic Warden Grade One (TW GRD I) to Senior Traffic Warden (STW). NDLEA, MCRP Mega Wada sensitization program ends in Adamawa

The well-organized four-week Mega WADA Sensitization Program by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Zone B Yola, in collaboration with the Multi-Sectoral Crisis Recovery Project (MCRP), ended on Wednesday.  The initiative concluded at the Government Day Secondary School in Wuro Hausa, Yola.  This program spanned all twenty-one Local Government Areas in Adamawa State. The closing ceremony featured a lecture presentation, a question-and-answer session, and the inauguration of the WADA club.  The event, which lasted two hours, was attended by ACGN Idris Mohammed Bello, the Zonal Commander of NDLEA Zone B Yola, and the State Coordinator of MCRP, represented by Alhaji Haruna Hamman the Furo, the C1 Manager of MCRP. During the program, ASN ISO Ahmed Jiddah Ahmed, a media advocate for NDLEA Zone B in Yola, addressed the attendees.  The Deputy Zonal Commander of Operations and Training, CN Mustapha Gidado, spoke to the students about the effects and consequences of drug abuse, as
