Adamawa State Police Command received a report from Hadiza Bashiru of Tingno, Lamurde LGA, that her 5-year-old son, Abba Bashiru, was missing and was last seen with one Isiaka Hassan. The Adamawa State Police Command, today  hosted a peace accord meeting with leaders and representatives of political parties ahead of the forthcoming Ganye state House of Assembly  bye-election. In his welcomed address, Commissioner of police *CP Dankombo Morris, urged all political parties to adhere strictly to the electoral laws,  emphasising the need to commit to a peaceful process. Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State, CP Dankombo Morris, along with Commanders of sister security agencies embarked on confidence building patrol to restore peace among the Chobo and Bachama communities. Public police Relation Officer Adamawa state Command SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje discloused this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Yola. The CP engaged the community members in a peace talk to restore peace, order, and prevent further violence.
